Large complexes include units, villas or townhouse complexes of seven or more dwellings.

Clean-up requests for large complexes are submitted to Council by the complex's strata manager or body corporate. Residents should not contact Council individually to book a clean-up.

Large complexes are entitled to two clean-up collections each financial year. Residents will be notified by their strata manager or body corporate when a common collection date is booked.

After submitting your booking, allow a minimum of one week for Council to confirm a collection date with the complex spokesperson.

Changes or cancellations must be provided by the complex's strata manager or body corporate.
