Getting help at home
My Aged Care is a Federal Government program for older people who need help at home and their carers. It includes information about planning for aged care at home or in an aged care facility.
Seniors Reference Group (SRG)
The role of the SRG is to provide a forum for engagement between older residents and to address and advance issues for older people within the Sutherland Shire. The SRG will act as an advisory committee for Council and provide a platform to volunteer to help deliver Council programs, activities, events and information for older people.If you are interested in becoming a member of Council’s Seniors Reference Group please email sdoyle@ssc.nsw.gov.au.

Seniors Festival is our chance to thank, celebrate and recognise seniors for the positive contributions they make to the community through hosting a range of different activities that they can enjoy with other like-minded residents.
