Preparation of a Wellness and Reablement Action Plan can be a very useful guide to embedding the approach in the workplace.

Is your agency ready to meet the requirements of the new CHSP funded Government contracts?

Do you have a Wellness and Reablement Action plan ready to roll out?

Are you confident about how to embed this practice across your organisation?

Do you know the difference between “Wellness” & “Reablement”?

Are you ready to support your staff through the changes and roll out?

Wellness and reablement philosophy and practice is now a key foundation stone of support provision in the aged care and disability sectors. The approach requires an understanding of the concepts of Wellness and Reablement and recognition of how it influences an organisation’s operations throughout all levels of staff.

This workshop is designed for managers, decision makers, policy makers, coordinators and leaders. It covers the essential ingredients of a Wellness & Reablement Action Plan, & how to develop one for an organisation or program.

Topics Covered:

  • Foundations of Wellness and Reablement
  • Overarching Policy Framework – getting it right
  • Best practice across staff teams
  • Communicating the key points, concepts and philosophy across all touch points
  • Building reablement capacity
