Our 2022-2026 Delivery Program identifies the key activities required to reach the outcomes and strategies set out in Our Shire, Community Strategic Plan.
The 2023/24 Operational Plan sets out our actions for the second year of the 2022-2026 Delivery Program. It includes what we plan to complete during the year, who is responsible and how they will be measured.
