In pursuance of the provisions of the Roads Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Sutherland Shire Council proposes to close the Council public roads listed the Schedule 1 notices as shown below.

RAILWAY PARADE AND OLD PRINCES HIGHWAY, ENGADINE
Upon closure of the road, the subject land will be classified as “operational” in accordance with Section 25 of the Local Government Act, 1993. Council intends to sell the land to the adjoining land owners.
Schedule 1: Unused roadway located within DP214152, adjoining 3-5 Railway Parade and 962 Old Princes Highway, Engadine.

Public Notice – Presentation of Financial Statements

In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), we advise that a meeting of Council will be held on Monday, 31 October 2022, 6:30pm, in Council Chambers.

The meeting will include the presentation of the audited 2021-2022 Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports for the year ended 30/06/2022.

In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), any person may make a submission about our
Audited Financial Statements or the Auditor’s Reports.
