Pre-application for the design review panel

To apply for advice before meeting with the Design Review Panel you will need email ePlanning before lodging your DA with:

• a completed DRP form
• a compliance table attached to your application form
• owners consent
• A3 architectural plans that include shadows, elevations, landscape and basic development envelopes
• Google SketchUp V22; 3D electronic model
• concept landscape plan
• statement of environmental effects
• details of any previous review panel outcomes, pre-application service discussions or other relevant DAs
• relevant reports to support the application, such as arborist, stormwater and waste.

The Design Review Panel is an advisory body that informs assessment rather than determine applications.
