Event site
Sutherland Shire features a range of event locations including beaches, reserves, shopping precincts and sporting fields.
Food
Temporary food stalls are only permitted to operate at events with Council approval.
Alcohol
The sale of alcohol requires a licence from Liquor & Gaming NSW.
Power and lighting
Some locations have access to power and lighting.
Amenities
Information regarding the supply of additional toilet facilities for your event.
Event management
Event management information including protocol, food, alcohol. crowd control, traffic requirements, noise, fireworks and waste management.
Insurance and risk management
All events held on Council property require a current public liability insurance policy to the value of $20 million with Sutherland Shire Council listed as an interested party.
Promotion
You can promote your event on an external banner at a range of locations around Sutherland Shire.
Council support
Grants and in-kind support may be available for certain community events.
