Event Application
Council approval is required for events that are held on public land. A permit will be issued which details the requirements of your event and the conditions that promote best practise models of event management.
Event Permit Approvals during COVID-19
During the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Council will consider event applications in line with current restrictions and orders set by NSW Health. If your event does not meet NSW Health requirements and/or does not have an exemption at the time of assessment, a permit will not be provided. We will only issue an event permit when activities are considered permissible and a robust Covid Safe Plan is provided. For your event application you will need to provide:
- Location details
- Event date
- Site map
- Insurance certificates
- Risk Management Plan
- Traffic Management Plan (if applicable)
- Neighbour notification
