Step 1 - Complete and submit the Early Education Centre childcare application form below. Please ensure you have read our Childcare Application Terms & Conditions - PDF - 159 KB before applying, to understand how the childcare application process works at Council.
Step 2 - A $20 administration fee applies (per child) for your Early Education Centre application, irrespective of the number of centres you select. Please note this nominal administrative fee is non-refundable. Your application will be processed upon receipt of payment.
The $20 application fee payment can be made online via credit card. A link will appear once your form is submitted.
Once your online application form and payment has been processed, an acknowledgement will be sent to you by our Children's Services Unit.
If you do not wish to pay by credit card, payment is also welcome by the following options:
- Bring the payment form to the main Council Customer Service counter, Ground Floor, 4-20 Eton Street, Sutherland (entry via main Council building between 8.30am-4.30pm) - payment via EFTPOS or credit card. Cash is not accepted.
- Email the payment form to us at ChildrensServices@ssc.nsw.gov.au with your debit card details.
