Ascot Place Reserve, in the heart of Miranda, was comprehensively upgraded in 2020 with new play equipment, shade structure and fitness equipment.
The playground is a ten minute walk from Miranda train station and close to Westfield Miranda. and local schools.
The shaded play equipment provides a wide variety of climbing challenges for different ages and abilities, with a climbing frame and wall, as well as junior and toddler swings, a slide and opportunities for balance play. A small bike/scooter path surrounds the playground.
The fitness station includes a pull-up bar, chin-up bars (various heights), spin bars and rubber softfall.
Facilities in the Reserve include seating and a drinking fountain.
With its location close to local public schools, Ascot Place Reserve playground is a great local community playground to visit after school. This high quality local playground caters for families with children aged primarily from 2 to 12 years of age.
