Pretty boy Emmerson is a big boy who is ready to move in with his forever family, is that with you??

Emmie is just bursting at the seams with happiness and affection and is so eager to learn all about the world. He is a very clever boy who knows sit, stay, down, and knows his name quite well. He is a very smart boy who has been working on his leash walking manners and is eager to learn more so would benefit from further training to keep him on his toes. He is also pretty well toilet trained!

Emmie is going to need an active family with a good sized backyard to keep him happy and busy as well as lots of good toys so his clever mind is stimulated so he doesn't get bored.

Emmerson loves the simple things in life, he loves to do his zoomies and loves to play and then have a good nap while he soaks in the sun. He also enjoys walks in quiet areas so he can sniff and explore at his pace.

Emmie can be unsure and on edge around loud noises like motorbikes and vacuum cleaners so he would best suit a calm home with no super young children to help him feel at ease. He is incredibly loving and affectionate and obviously does not know his size as he things he can fit in laps just fine!

Emmie will need to be an only dog in the home as he is still working on his doggie manners.

Emmie very much loves his food, and while we haven't seen any guarding what-so-ever from him, young children would obviously need to be supervised while in his company - just like any dog - as he gets so over excited with food and treats he tends to try to eat first and think later. He is currently fed using a slow feeder bowl to help with, well, chewing... and he would need his new family to help him by getting one of these bowls too.
