This darkly comedic journey follows Belle Baxter, a young woman resurrected from the dead with a new lease on life and enhanced intellect by eccentric scientist Dr. Godwin Baxter. As Belle navigates Victorian society with her newfound agency, she becomes entangled in a web of love, betrayal, and manipulation, ultimately questioning the nature of her existence and the morality of those around her.
