Quintet (Hazelhurst event)

Quintet features five solo exhibitions by leading southern Sydney artists Lee Bethel, Matt Bromhead, Christine Druitt Preston, Nicole Kelly and Kerry Toomey.

Commissioned by Hazelhurst Arts Centre, Quintet showcases all new works by each artist. Bringing together a diverse range of forms, including painting, sculpture, ceramics, textiles, drawing, paper cuts and printmaking.

Each artist, who was raised in or is based in Sutherland Shire, delves into the physical qualities of their chosen materials, demonstrating curiosity and skill as they develop new areas of research and engage with new methods and themes.
