The Design Review Forum (DRF) provides professional advice regarding design aspects of major commercial, industrial, residential and community development applications.

This service is available for prospective applicants for development consent who want advice from the DRF prior to submitting a formal Development Application.

A fee is charged for this service and you will be invoiced once your application is processed.

What do I need to apply?

  • Owners consent
  • A3 architectural plans - including shadows, elevations, landscape and basic development envelopes
  • Google SketchUp V22 (3D electronic model)
  • Concept landscape plan
  • Statement of Environmental Effects
  • Completed compliance table (attached to DRF application form)
  • Details of any previous DRF outcomes, Pre-Application Service discussions or other relevant DAs
  • Any relevant reports to support the application, such as arborist, stormwater and waste reports
