Council encourages residents to make the switch and opt to receive rates notices electronically. We have two e-notice options to choose from, so you have the freedom to select the most convenient method for your needs.
E-Notices
Register to receive electronic notices direct to your email address with e-notices. It’s easy to register, you’ll just need to have your rates notice handy when signing up.
When signing up, please ensure you enter the Reference number For Emailed Notices found on the top right corner of your rate notices.

BPAY View
By registering with BPAY View you can receive, pay and store your Council rates notice in your online banking. After you have registered with BPAY View, Council will receive notification from BPAY View and your paper notices will cease. It's easy to set up, watch the video BPAY View or contact your financial institution for more information.
Registration Instructions:
Go to your own online banking website to sign up and follow these three steps:
Step 1 - Look for BPAY view or View Bills section in your online bank account
Step 2 - Register your rates notice details
Step 3 - Add the BPAY biller code and your rates notice reference and rates notice name. Your name must be entered exactly as it appears on your rates notice, include spaces and symbols.
