COVID 19 – Financial Hardship
We understand that more than ever, some of our ratepayers may be facing financial hardship. If you cannot make full payment by the due date, it is recommended you schedule ongoing part-payments to suitably manage your outstanding balance.
If you are experiencing financial hardship at this time, we ask that you contact Council on (02) 97100333 to explore other measures available to you under Council’s Financial Hardship Policy. Alternatively email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and contact details and one of Council officers will contact you.
The Commonwealth and NSW Government are providing financial assistance to individuals and small businesses. We would encourage those who are affected in this way to investigate these support options by reading the information available on the relevant websites: treasury.gov.au/coronavirus and nsw.gov.au/covid
