Kerry Moss, author and community programs manager at Southern Community Welfare, shares her expertise in recognising the physical and psychological effects of anxiety, and strategies to help children cope. 

Kerry’s books on dealing with childhood anxiety will be available for purchase on the night, $14.95ea.
