What will you find?

While not all material from the Local Studies collection is available online, over time the Library will be digitising more items and adding them to this archive where possible. There are, however, still many books, newspapers and other items that are only available in the physical collection at Sutherland Library.

Historical Photographs

From the turn of the century, through the 1940s and 50s, up to the recent past – explore the history of the Sutherland Shire through photographs. You'll find more than 4800 pictures, with more being added regularly.
