My work is an exploration of kinetic energy and its potential as a medium for drawing. I have created a series of works where each piece encompasses a specific kinetic process, demonstrating the infinite, unrestrainable and forever-developing nature of movement. I was inspired by contemporary artists such as Eske Rex and Olafur Eliasson whose expressive works and innovative uses of motion are reflected in the processes that I adopted. This work further reflects on the constraints of traditional methods of drawing, aiming to make the audience question the boundaries envisioned by artists, critics, art historians and society.
