This free workshop is organised as part of mental health month. The theme for this year's mental health month is 'Tune In'. Tuning in means being present, being aware of what's happening within you and in the world around you. Tune In to your senses and take a moment to help still and focus your mind, as well as build positive connections.

Participants will develop and understanding about what mindfulness is and how it can be used in daily life to help with emotional wellbeing and long-term life satisfaction
A number of mindfulness strategies to use in daily life
It is recommended that participants join from a comfortable, quiet place as the session will include mindfulness practice
Participants are encouraged to bring a pen and paper to take notes
