This workshop is organised as part of mental health month. The theme for this year's mental health month is 'Tune In'. Tuning in means being present, being aware of what's happening within you and in the world around you. Tune In to your senses and take a moment to help still and focus your mind, as well as build positive connections.
Workshop 1 - In person
The workshop will focus on techniques used by Jackson Pollock's "Action Painting” using a paint throwing technique to create your own canvas. It is suitable for beginners to advanced artists. The participant will find this style of art work supports stress relief and a heightened sense of well-being.
Due to Covid restrictions numbers the workshop will have no more than 15 people.

Workshop 2 - Online
This free online art event is aimed at anyone who would like to take time out of their day and explore their inner creativity in a warm & safe environment. From beginners to advanced this activity will encourage a sense of achievement and help you to unleash an artistic strength in the safety and privacy of your own home.
