Re-exhibition of Draft Amendment to Shire-Wide Open Space and Recreation Facilities 2005 Plan

The amendment follows a review of the plan and ensures that sufficient funds are available to purchase all open space land that Council is liable to acquire. The review considered works that have already been undertaken, works in the current budget, and a forecast of future works that meet the objectives of the contributions plan. Accordingly, it is proposed to update the works program with additional projects. This amendment was originally exhibited from the 22ndJanuary 2013 to 19thFebruary 2013 however subsequent changes to the works schedule as a result of the Draft 2013/14 Budget require re-exhibition.Anyone making a submission is also required to disclose any political donation or gift made to any Councillor or Council employee. Please be advised that all submissions received in response to the draft plan will be available as public record.
