Composting and Worm Farming Workshop - 16 June 2018

Cost: Free

Bookings: Booking Required

Location: To be advised once your booking is confirmed

Why Compost?

Over 50% of residential garbage can be composted. Instead of this material contributing to methane gas in the landfill, it can be better reused as a valuable soil conditioner replenishing nutrients in your garden.  Insects and critters in your compost help to break down the material and often play a vital role in your garden.

If you are interested in learning more and setting up your own compost bin or worm farm, this fun and hands on workshop will give you the opportunity to learn how easy it can be.

Participants also recieve a free Compost Bin or Worm Farm at the end of the workshop (limit of one per household).

Workshops are not suitable for children under the age of 10.
