Large complexes refer to unit, villa or townhouse complexes with 7 or more dwellings. Residents in large complexes have a common collection date. The clean up service can be used twice within the financial year.
Residents in large complexes do not contact council individually to organise a clean up service. Clean up requests are submitted by the complex's designated spokesperson (strata manager/body corporate).

To avoid materials not being picked up, have a look at the list of accepted materials and not accepted at clean up.
When your form has been submitted please allow a minimum of one week for council to confirm a collection date with the authorised spokesperson.
Cancelling a booking
Cancellations to services must be received at least 7 days prior to the booked collection date. To cancel a booking call 9710 0333 during business hours.
