Going away on holidays? Taking a break? Have you recently been ill?
You can now download the Membership Suspension Form online. Scan, fax, email or drop in the form into the centre.
Remember that forms cannot be back-dated. Any requests for suspension based on medical reasons need a medicial certificate stating the period of absence. Please be aware of the time allowed for suspension, if you require assistance please contact the staff at Engadine Leisure Centre on 9548 4200.
