Ross Reserve in Bangor is a large open grassed reserve which provides a broad range of recreational opportunities. The playground was comprehensively renewed in 2020 with new play equipment, new tree planting, seating, an upgraded dinky path and new play bark soft fall.
The Reserve is centrally located in Bangor next to the tennis courts, Scout Hall and Bangor Public School.
The play equipment includes a tower-style combination unit with climbing wall and two slides, balance beams and steppers, small cubby house/shop front, senior and junior swings and a four-way rocker.
This welcoming local playground caters for families with children aged primarily from 2 to 10 years of age.
