Please Note:
Participants are required to bring their own mat and towels are mandatory.
Modified FX/Circuit scheduled from Monday 28 Sept.
No equipment will be shared without the two part clean between usage.
Numbers limited: 15 for Circuits and FX. 10 for Gentle Circuit.

For boxing classes:

  • All participants must provide their own boxing gloves/mitts and focus pads.
  • Mandatory towel usage for all sessions
  • Due to Covid guidelines around boxing pad work we require all participants to attend with a prearranged boxing partner.
  • There will be no changes of partners during the class.
General Enquiries
