Bookings For Existing Customers - Members, passholders (does not include Fitness Passport holders)

Bookings for Casual Visitors

• From the Bookings page click on the centre of choice to make an online booking. I.e. 'Sutherland Group Fitness Bookings'
• Select your preferred session time and click 'Book' - If you are asked to login, please refer to the 'Online Booking Instructions For Existing Customers' process below and enter 'sslc' as the password.
• Follow prompts to complete your booking.
• You will be sent an email to confirm your booking.

Booking for Group Fitness, Creche and Masters Squad Visits

General Booking Conditions

• Group fitness, crèche and masters squad visit can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Alternatively you can purchase your ticket on arrival.
• Bookings can be made via our website. If you are unable to access our website, bookings can be made via phone. Call SLC 8536 9777, ELC 9548 4200 CLC 9525 6777 to make a booking.
• We accept credit card payments only. No cash payments accepted.
• No extension of time is permitted for late entrants. 
• Change rooms and shower facilities are available.
• One Spectator/Carer permitted per paying swimmer/gym user/crèche attendee.
• Spectators must pay $2.00 Facilities Fee as per our Fees and Charges.
• Carer entry is free upon presentation of a valid Companion Card.
• If you need to make changes to your booking, please call or email us.
• Sutherland Shire Leisure Centres reserves the right to cancel bookings at their discretion if customers do not comply with these booking conditions.

Group Fitness Visit Booking Conditions

• Group fitness visit cost is $10.00 per session.
• Bookable gym spaces include Sutherland and Engadine Leisure Centre’s Weights and Cardio Rooms and group fitness sessions (you may utilise both rooms in one visit). You can also access gym and pool facilities as part of your visit.
• Group fitness session booking duration is up to 1 hour.
• 20 persons maximum allowed in each group fitness session.
• One booking per day per person.
• No gym session bookings permitted for people under the age of 16.
• Customers attending a group fitness visit for the first time must complete a Pre-Exercise Screen Form prior to attending their session.
• Patrons using the gym for the first time, or those unfamiliar with equipment, should see staff at Gym Reception prior to the commencement of their visit.
• Fully enclosed footwear to be worn at all times in gym areas. No bare feet, thongs, sandals or slides.
• It is mandatory for customers to use a towel on all equipment. Customers will be asked to leave if they do not bring a towel. Towels can be purchased for $5.00 at Front Reception via cashless transaction if required.
• No gym mats or yoga blocks available. Customers must bring their own mat for Metafit, Tabata, Pilates, Body Balance and Yoga classes.
• Mandatory towel use for all classes and gym sessions.
• No water fountains will be in operation. Customers should bring their own water bottle.
• Customers must ensure that 1.5m social distancing is maintained at all times during their visit. All customers must comply with staff directions regarding social distancing.
• Gym entry and exit points must be observed.
• All equipment must be wiped down by customers after use with the disinfectant wipes provided.
• Sutherland Shire Leisure Centres reserves the right to change or cancel a customer’s booking at any time. Customers will be advised of any changes to their booking as soon as possible and a refund or alternate visit time will be provided.

Creche Visit Booking Conditions

• Creche visit cost is currently free when you pay for a pool, gym or group fitness visit. 
• Creche session times are: Monday to Friday - 8am-9.15am, 9.15am-10.30am, 10.30am-11.45am, 12.00pm-1.15pm.  
• Visits are 1 hour and 15 minutes in duration.
• One session per child per day.
• Only one parent/guardian permitted in crèche to pick up/drop off child/ren.
• Parents and guardians are not permitted to enter the Crèche play area and must remain in Creche Reception during drop off and pick up times. 
• Please do not bring your child to the crèche if they are unwell.
