Drop-In Computer Help

Each Wednesday between 10am-12noon and 2-4pm, staff at Sutherland Library will be available to assist anyone who needs help with basic computer tasks*.

Staff will assist as best they can with questions of the following nature

• Getting an email address
• Transferring photos from a camera to a computer
• Completing online forms
• Attaching photos to an email.

Users with less common questions are encouraged to ring ahead so the library can allocate an appropriate staff member to the task. Laptop owners are encouraged to bring their computer along when they attend Drop-In Computer Help.

*Purely technical issues relating to specific computers are beyond the scope of Drop-In Computer Help.
