Your library account is accessed through the Library Catalogue.

When you login to your library account you can:

• See a list of items you have on loan and when they are due back.
• Renew your current loans.
  (If you have overdue items or outstanding fines you may not be able to renew your items online. Instead please telephone your preferred library.)
• Check the status, suspend or cancel any items you have reserved.
• Check your outstanding balance if you owe the library any fees or charges.
• Change your PIN.

PIN

Before you can access your account details you need a Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you don't already have a PIN or your PIN is not working, you need to visit any Sutherland Shire Library and have a member of staff set up one for you. You will need to show proof of identity that includes your current address. In order to protect your privacy, PINs cannot be established or changed by telephone.

PINs consist of four digits. You can choose your own PIN.

Your PIN can be changed at any time by logging in to your account.
