Lapsit Program

The Lapsit program is for babies from 6 months to 2 years focused on development of early childhood literacy over four weekly sessions.

With your baby on your lap and a book in your hand you will read stories and sing songs with a small group of carers and their children.  You will learn about early childhood literacy and the benefits of rhymes and reading to your child while sharing some special time together. Mums, dads, grandparent or carers are welcome.

Lapsit is held during school terms at
Sutherland Library (twice per term),
Engadine Library (once per term) and
Cronulla Library (once per term).

There is a limit of 11 babies per program, so bookings are essential.
