On 1 January 2019 Council introduced mandatory online lodgement for all development applications and complying development certificates.
This system has been introduced by the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment. Since 1 January 2019 development applications, CDCs and applications for modification and review need to be lodged online via the NSW Planning Portal.
Construction Certificates and Subdivision Certificates online
Now you can also lodge applications for construction certificates and subdivision certificates via the NSW Planning Portal. From 1 January 2020 online lodgement of these applications will also be mandatory.

We have made some changes to our forms and related documents to match the Portal's lodgement requirements.
