Abandoned Vehicles
Report vehicles that you believe have been abandoned.
Animals
Report the following issues relating to animals:
- Dog or cat - lost
- Dog or cat - found
- Dog or cat - attacking or aggressive
- Dog or cat - unleashed
- Dog or cat - registration
- Birds acting aggressively
- Dead animal on council land
- Dead deer
- Feral animals - deer, fox, rabbits etc

Drains
Report blocked drains, or drains that are broken or missing a cover.
Please note: If the drain is dangerous, immediately ring Council 24 hours on 9710 0333.
Graffiti
Report graffiti for removal. Please note: council cannot remove graffiti from property that does not belong to council such as phone boxes, bus shelters, city rail property etc. Before lodging a report to council, please ensure that you are contacting the correct organisation.
Illegal Parking
Report illegal parking
Illegal Dumping
Report illegally dumped rubbish or waste.
Mowing
Report council parks, footpaths and nature strips that require mowing.
Noise
Report domestic, commercial and industrial noise.

Potholes
Report potholes in council roads and car parks.
Please Note: Major roads eg. Princes Highway, The Kingsway etc, please contact Roads & Traffic Authority for damage, potholes, debris, traffic signals or any other incidents on 131 700. Rubbish
Report the following rubbish related issues:
- Lost household bins
- Damaged household and commercial bins
- Missed pickup of household bins
- Missed pickup of cleanup service
- Missed public rubbish bins
Trees
Report trees on council land requiring pruning or removal.
Please note: for trees on private land you need to submit an application form for tree removal and pruning. To report tree damage during a storm contact the State Emergency services on 132 500. For urgent tree safety issues (not during storm events), contact council 24 hours on 9710 0333.

To report matters not listed above, use the general request form.
