6 - After you lodge your DA

What happens after you have lodged your DA.

7 - Review of Council Decision

Where applicable, a review of a council determination or rejection of a DA can be made.

8 - Bond Release and Long Service Levy

Damage security bonds will be released where the development is complete, damage has not been caused to council assets and conditions of development consent have been met.
