Further information - rules and procedures
Council has introduced some basic rules and procedures for the registration of those involved in lobbying council. These procedures are designed to increase the transparency and integrity of council's decision making processes where lobbying is involved. Any person, company or organisation that meets the definition of lobbyist is encouraged to register with council by completing council's Lobbyists Registration Procedures form. This form also provides further information about how a lobbyist is defined. It also sets out some procedures that lobbyists are requested to follow when dealing with our staff and Councillors.
