Community Satisfaction Survey Report

To help us know which council services, facilities and functions are important to our residents and how satisfied they are with our performance in these areas, council conducts a Satisfaction Survey every 2 years. This helps us to plan for and improve our existing activities. 

The next Community Satisfaction Survey will be conducted in 2015 through our consultation site Join the Conversation.

Neighbourhood Interaction and Participation Survey (NIPS) Report

This survey is about how residents participate in the community and their well being.  The survey results helps council and other community and government agencies to improve and plan activities and services for the community.

Previous surveys have taken place in 1997, 2000, 2003, 2007 and 2012 focusing on specific topics so that general comparisons can be made with results from the previous surveys.

State of the Shire Report

The State of the Shire Report is developed every 4 years and measures how well we as a community are responding to the community vision and aspirations set out in the Community Strategic Plan.  

The next State of the Shire Report is scheduled for release November 2016.

Delivery Program 

Council has a 4 year Delivery Program.  Our current Delivery Program period is 2013/14-2016/17).  This program encompasses an annual Operational Plan (which we report on twice yearly).
