Council encourages residents to make the switch and opt to receive rates notices electronically. We have two e-notice options to choose from, so you have the freedom to select the most convenient method for your needs.
E-Notices by Formsport
Register to receive electronic notices direct to your email address with e-notices by Formsport. It’s easy to register, you’ll just need to have your rates notice handy when signing up.
When signing up, please ensure you enter your name exactly as it appears on the first line of the notice, include spaces and symbols. Enter your property’s assessment number. Choose a username, make it easy to remember so you can log in later.
Register for E-notices by Formsport Now
You will need to arrange a suitable method of payment when using this service, a full list of payment methods are available here
By registering with BPAY View you can receive, pay and store your Council rates notice in your online banking. After you have registered with BPAY View, Council will receive notification from BPAY View and your paper notices will cease. It's easy to set up, watch the video BPAY View or contact your financial institution for more information.
Go to your own online banking website to sign up and follow these three steps:
Step 1 - Look for BPAY view or View Bills section in your online bank account
Step 2 - Register your rates notice details
Step 3 - Add the BPAY biller code and your rates notice reference and rates notice name. Your name must be entered exactly as it appears on your rates notice, include spaces and symbols.
Australia Post - My Post Digital Mailbox
Australia Post has announced that from September, they will be changing the features of their My Post Digital Mailbox service. As a result we ask you to arrange an alternative method of receiving your rates notices electronically. Your options are E-notices by Formsport and BPAY View.
