Sutherland Shire Youth Week - Wednesday 10 to Thursday 18 April 2019
National Youth Week runs from 10 to 18 April 2019 and is the largest celebration of young people in the country. Youth Week provides a platform for young people to share their ideas, host events, have their voices heard on issues important to them and celebrate their contribution to the community. During this week we will be showcasing the talent and diversity of our local young people and celebrating their contribution to the community. Sutherland Shire represent!

15 APRIL, 2-3.30PM SUTHERLAND LIBRARY

SATURDAY 6 APRIL, 10.30AM GREENHILLS SKATE PARK
Kick-flip your way into the skate competition at Greenhill’s Skate Park. Run in partnership with Skate Boarding NSW and Project Youth, it’s open to under 12’s to open age competitions.

SATURDAY 6 APRIL, 4-6PM GU FILMHOUSE, CRONULLA
We premiere films made by local young filmmakers as part of the Short Stuff film-making project.
17 & 18 APRIL, 2-3.30PM, SUTHERLAND & CRONULLA LIBRARY
Learn to create your own buzz wire game complete with buzzer and lights! All events have limited numbers and need to be booked via the library website.
