The workshop will explore:

  • Concepts of diversity, culture and stereotyping
  • Cultural intelligence and effective cross-cultural communication
  • The importance of culturally responsive service delivery
  • How to create culturally inclusive services
  • Real-life case studies to workshop best practice service delivery
  • Development of a Diversity Action Plan to implement within your organisation
