Celebrate diversity with a festival of award-winning short films reflecting the lived experience of people with disability.

The Wide Angle Film Festival is coming to Sutherland Library and includes animation, live action, drama, comedy and documentary. Audiences will witness people pushing against barriers, confronting their fears, grappling with huge life events and creating exquisite works of art.

The screening features open captions, flashing-light free film, the opportunity to reserve seating near the front row if required, a list of triggers and a venue accessible for people with mobility disability. Please contact the library if you have any specific requirements. People with a disability and their carers are particularly welcome.

Morning tea will be provided after the screening for a chance to meet and socialise.
