Enjoy literary-inspired mocktails as David Lewis presents Shaken, Stirred, Mixed and Drunk: Famous Drinks in Literature.

From Mint Juleps in the Great Gatsby to Hemingway's famously alcohol inclined novels, convivial drinking and alcohol is everywhere in literature. Teetotaller David Lewis's talk is a fascinating look at the various effects of alcohol on the world of literature.

During the talk, enjoy your own literary mocktails - book-themed, alcohol-free drinks inspired by literary works (recipes provided courtesy of NSW State Library).
