To mark Refugee Week, join us for a special screening of He Named Me Malala, in conjunction with Sutherland Amnesty.

You’ve heard her name, now see her story: Malala Yousafzai, the young Pakistani activist and youngest ever Nobel Peace Prize laureate. Malala survived being hunted and shot by a Taliban gunman as part of the organization's violent opposition to girls' education in the Swat Valley in Pakistan. Through it all, she remains a passionate advocate for the rights of children and girls.

Subtitles are available at this screening if requested.
