Sutherland Shire Libraries do not offer regular structured computer training courses. Here are some other options for learning how to use computers and the Internet.

Through the Be Connected online resources, you will be able to learn the basics of using digital devices and engaging with the internet, including a series of online courses covering:

The Tech Savvy Seniors Youtube Channel offers videos in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Spanish, Vietnamese and Korean on:

  • Intro to smartphones
  • Introduction to smartphone apps
  • Introduction to zoom
  • How to transfer a file from your phone to your computer (in English only)

The Community College runs regular structured training courses over a number of weeks corresponding with school terms, as well as a number of shorter courses. Registration is open to everyone and courses are offered on a first come, first served basis. More information from the SGSCC website.
