Musical Sundays

Free classical music in the Regional Gallery Foyer every Sunday afternoon in September.

2pm - 4pm. 

Enjoy classical music performances by string groups when you visit Alexander McKenzie: The adventurous gardener on a Sunday afternoons in September. 

Performance dates:

Classic Strings, 2nd & 23rd September

Performances will include Air From Water Music Bach, Sonatina Beethoven, Humoresque Dvorak, Arrival of the Queen of Sheba Handel, Divertimento in D Movement 3 Mozart, Ave Maria Schubert.

Clear Strings, 9th September

Clear Strings will perform music to reflect the diverse nature of the exhibition, covering everything from the Baroque masterpieces of Bach and Vivaldi, the classical genius of Mozart and Beethoven, right through to the Impressionist music of Debussy.

Krasiva Strings, 16th and 30th September

Krasiva Strings will return once again, after captivating audiences with their spectacular performance at the European Old Masters' exhibition last November. Established since 2012, Krasiva Strings is comprised of young professional musicians and has performed for many events all over Sydney. This September they will be presenting an exciting program of your favourite tunes by Bach, Vivaldi, Handel, Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky and many more at the Hazelhurst Arts Centre.
