Printmaking
Monoprinting is a form of printmaking that has lines or images that can only be made once, unlike most printmaking, which allows for multiple originals. A quick and fun way to make one-off prints for both adults and children.
You will need:
- Acrylic of watercolour paint
- Palette or containers
- Paintbrushes
- Paper
- Plastic sheet or foil
- Pater
Get to Know Zuza Zochowski
Sydney based artist, Zochowski, explores and creates visual impressions of her local surroundings. Working mainly from ‘plein air’, she investigates the physical act of paintings and how to personally translate chosen landscapes and still life settings. Zochowski graduated with a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Sydney College of Arts) in 1999. Since then she has exhibited professionally both nationally and internationally and has been included as a finalist in competitions such as the Portia Geach Memorial Award, Hazelhurst Art on Paper Award, Brett Whiteley Scholarship.
