Hazelhurst’s first solo exhibition for artist Alexander McKenzie, known for his evocative luminous landscape paintings.
McKenzie’s paintings are preoccupied with the effects of light and atmosphere, and are created entirely in his mind’s eye – landscapes of places that don’t exist, but are conjured from imagination and memory.
