Our experience of the environment is what shapes us. I have a great appreciation of nature and believe it's important to acknowledge it. My work is an abstract reflection of internal and external landscapes where I unearth the many similarities between the human body and the land. Our external world can affect and change our internal world. We cannot control the environment and yet its conditions can exercise great influence on our life. My work is an exploration of how our lives and creativity are shaped by where we live and the landscape that surrounds us.
