Do you have a digital camera and want to discover its possibilities while improving your camera skills?
This one day workshop will look at the basic concepts of composition and the art of seeing a good photograph. A combination of practical, expert tuition and a field assignment in a relaxed and supportive environment will take your photography to the next level.
The class will cover how to set up a camera, exposure control, menu functions and their use, transferring images to computers, editing images using Photoshop, resolution, jpegs, tiffs, printing options, and more.
The tutor, Tom Hungerford, is a practicing artist and photographer and has been teaching Digital Photography at Hazelhurst since 2011. Tom has an Honours degree in fine arts from the University of Sydney and a Master of Teaching from university of Western Sydney. His art practice includes photography, video, sculptural and sound installation.
Cost: $115.00. Class takes place from 10am - 4pm on Sunday 30 June 2019.
