How You Can Help

The community spirit of Sutherland Shire shines through in challenging periods such as we are facing now, and we are grateful to our community who have offered support in this difficult time. If you’re in a position to help vulnerable members of our community at this time, there are a number of community organisations who have let us know they would be grateful for your support.

Please take care to ensure you maintain social distancing, proper hygiene measures and related protocols if you are able to assist or donate. The health and wellbeing of our community is of utmost importance and we encourage all to continue monitoring and adhering to the directives of the lead public health agencies, including the Australian Government Department of Health and NSW Health to best look out for each other.

Community Helping Community

Now is the time to show just how much our community cares for one another. It's time to demonstrate empathy, support and care for those who are vulnerable and need to self-isolate. We have created a card for the community to use to show they can help and how they can help out a neighbour, friend or family member. Save the JPG below, or download the PDF, print it out and pop into a neighbour's mailbox.
