Council is providing temporary approval under the Roads Act 1993 for businesses to expand trading on the public footpath/space. This additional space can be approved for additional tables and chairs to be utilised for outdoor dining, and for shopfront displays.

Once this form has been completed and submitted Council’s Property Services team will review. If your application is successful you will receive an invoice of $280 for outdoor eating application fee or $135 shopfront display attached with your approval email that will outline the conditions. As part of Councils Covid-19 relief package, Outdoor Eating rental fees will be waived until 30 June 2021.
